Terms
These terms apply when you access Archust, a platform for organizing knowledge, researching topics, creating and reviewing content, and publishing to destinations you configure.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and ensure that people you invite are authorized to access the workspace. Workspace administrators control membership and connected services. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping connection permissions appropriate.
Acceptable use and your content
Use Archust lawfully and do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the documents, text, images, personal information, sources, and publisher accounts you submit or connect. You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Archust to process it as needed to provide the features you request.
AI-assisted content and publishing
Archust may use AI and external research services to produce suggestions or drafts. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others; you are responsible for checking facts, sources, rights, and suitability before use. Publishing depends on the connected provider and your settings. A successful request does not guarantee availability, search ranking, traffic, or how a third-party site displays or moderates content.
Plans, service changes, and availability
Available features, usage limits, credits, and prices are shown in the service or in a separate agreement with you. We may change or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. The service depends on networks and third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable.
Suspension, termination, and updates
You may stop using Archust and ask your workspace administrator about account or workspace closure. We may suspend or end access for a material violation, security risk, or legal requirement. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here; continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
