Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don’t lose paid capacity.
New content schedules are blocked at 100% of the quota. Existing drafts keep working. We send an in-app banner at 80% (warning) and again at 95% (critical).
All quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, regardless of your subscription date. Resets are automatic — no action needed.
